The Balloon Stone Standon Green End - A cultural opportunity.

Attached is the leaflet for Herts Connect, which has replaced OWL messages. Everyone that was on OWL will need to sign up to Herts Connect to get the messages, use the QR code on the poster to sign up.

The Parish Council is planning to 'clean up/renovate' the benches that are on the recreation ground and streets.

Please contact our clerk if you are the owner/guardian of a memorial bench for which you would not wish them to do so.

Amber severe weather warning issued for strong winds

The Met Office has issued an Amber severe weather warning today (Tuesday 2 January) between 10am and 8pm for wind, as Storm Henk brings high winds and significant rainfall to southern regions of the UK, including Hertfordshire. The strongest gusts of between 50mph and 60mph are expected between 3pm and 6pm today.
